A) Installing Instructions - top
- Unzip wp-1-slider-pro.zip
- Upload all the files to the /wp-content/plugins/wp-1-slider-pro
- Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
- For customizing the plugin's settings, click on WP 1 Sliders Pro option menu in Wordpress left admin menu.
- To display the slider in the frontend, please use dynamically generated shortcode from shortcode WP1S Usage metabox or you can use 'Add WP 1 slider' button in post or page for easy insert of the slider into post/pages.
Once the plugin is installed and activated you will find a menu named "WP 1 Slider Pro" in the left menu bar of the admin menu.Once you click on that menu , you will go to the plugin's listing page and you will also see the add new button, once you click on that button you will go to the slider page where you can create slider. Basically there are 6 type of slider type with its own settings configuratons which is individually described below.
B)Slider Manager - top
This is the landing page for plugin. Here you can see the listing of the slider created. Here you can see Add new button at top of slider listing table.For creating a new slider, you will simply need to click on the Add New submenu of the Wp 1 sliders menu or click on the Add new button in the slider manager’s listing table. You can also edit or delete slider from here.Once you click the button, you will be redirected to the new slider builder page where you can add the unlimited numbers of slides.
B)Slider builder Page - top
From this builder page you can add slider from post,videos,woocommerce,instagram and facebook or create your own images gallery slider by selecting the slider type in slide metabox.Below are the detail description for each slide type.
Image Slide
If you choose the image slide then you will see the slider mode for image slide.There are two type of slider mode those are Normal Mode and Animation mode .You will also see the Add Image Slide button from where you can add unlimited number of image slides.
Normal mode
After selecting the normal mode, you can click on the 'Add Image Slide' button then you will see the untitled slide, just click on untitled slide then you can enter the title ,desription and in slider backgroud you can select images for images slide.Also you can enable or disable the button in slider.To enable the button, simply checked the button and then enter the button text and url.
Below slides metabox you will see the 'General Settings' metabox where you can choose the slider style which can be either single slide style or carousel slide style.
Single slide style
If you choose single slide style then you will see slider settings,caption settings,pager settings and navigation arrow settings boxes where you can click on each respective box and the default settings are already set which you can change according to your own requriments.
The slider settings include the settings to show box shadow or not.You can enable the shadow settings by selecting true option in Show slider box shadow.
The caption settings include the settings for font size,color,description size and color,buttons color , button hover color and caption positions.Also you can enable or disable the caption in widget by checking in show caption in widget checkbox.
The pager settings include the settings for navigation pager.There are three types of pager included in this slider.They are dot pager,thumbnail pager,pagination pager and you can also disable the pager if you don't want to show it.You can select different template for thumbnail or dot navigation pager and can manage settings for respective template as shown in above images.If you select the dot pager then you can manage the dot active and background color.
If you select the thumbnail then there you can select the thumbnail pager mode which can be either horizontal or vertical.The horizontal and vertical have different template with its respective settings.Here you can manage the number of thumbnail to show in slider.In the count of thumbs slide you can manage the number of thumbnail images to show in slider.In width of thumb slides you can manage the width of each thumbnail image in slider and in height of thumb slides you can manage the height of thumbnail images.If you want to show thumbnail in widgets then you can checked the show thumbs in widget ccheckbox.
You can choose any one of the arrow for navigation arrow in slider.
Carousel slide style
If you have selected carousel slide style in general settings metabox in choose slider style.Then there will be different settings for this which include carousel settings and images or post carousel slide settings.In carousel settings you can manage slide width,height,no of images to in a div and slide margin.In images or post carousel slide settings you can select any template and set the respective settings. Note: The carousel settings are same for both images and post type slider.
Animation Mode
If you select the animation mode in Choose the slider mode for image slide in slide metabox then you can add images by clicking on Add images slide then you will see the untitle black box if you open this then you can see settings in gray box.
In animation mode you will see the layer which can be either text or image.The layer are set according to animation template.If there is image layer then you have to upload the image and if there is text layer then you will see the blue Add Animated Text button.This animated text button is used to give two different text animation inside slider.When you click on this button a popup will open.
In this popup you have to select the text animated effects for text in slider.
When you will select the simple text rotator effects then you will see the text preview in blue box and then you can enter the text which should appear before rotator in Text before rotator . In Text Rotator you can enter the many word by seperating each with comma.Now you can select the color in Text rotator color for the text which is rotating in blue box.You can also enter the required spped for text rotator in Text Rotator Speed Then you can enter the text which appear after text rotation in Text After Rotator .After that you can enter the add text effects which will add you text effect in respective layer in builder page.
If you select the sliding letter hover effect in select the text animated effects.Here you can enter the text which need to appear at first in Text and then you can enter the text which need to be appear during hover in Hover Text.After that you can enter the add text effects which will add you text effect in respective layer in builder page.
Now if you open the gray setting box then you will see the templates settings for animation where you can select any template and set the respective settings.After settings you can close the settings box and can procceed down where you can enter the title,desription,layers,button.
Now in General settings you will see the animation settings box just open it.In this section you can select the animation template for each title,description,layers and buttons and you can select the animation entry timing for each layers.
C)Post type slider - top
Once you choose the post type slide in 'Choose the slider type' then you will see 'add post slide' button.
When you will click on add post button you will get a popup where you can enter the content of post in description length and can select the post according to post type or category.Check the required post and click add post slide after this all the check post will be redirected to the builder page like below image.
The post title,description,images will be fetch and we can add button and we have to check to show counts of comments and date in post slider.
The General settings include slider settings,pager settings, navigation arrow settings (which are described in above content) and post single slide settings.
In the post single slide settings we can select the template and its respective settings.
The carousel settings for post is same as image carousel settings which are described above.
Video Slider - top
If you choose the video slider in 'Choose the slider type' then 'Add Video Slide' button will be shown.Now you can add unlimited numbers of video in slider.
When you click 'Add Video Slide' button a new untitled box is added when you open it you can enter title,description and you can select youtube url , vimeo url, upload your own video type in upload video type select option.After that you have to enter the video URL for youtube or vimeo.You can select the video images which can be either directly upload from youtube or vimeo or you can upload the images for video thumbnail.You can check the 'show button' to show button in slider, it is required in template two of single video slide.
If you have choose single slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general settings metabox then you will see the slider settings,pager settings,navigation arrow settings, and video single slide settings section.The first three settings are described above. In the video slide settings we can select template for single video and can set settings resectively.
If you have choose video carousel slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general settings metabox then you will see the slider settings,navigation arrow settings,carousel settings and video carousel slide settings section.The first two settings are described above.
In the carousel settings we can enter width and height of images ,count of slide and slide margin.
C)Woocommerce Slider - top
If you select the woocomerce slide in 'Choose the slider type' slide's metabox then you will see the add woocommerce slide button.Before using it please install the woocommerce plugin.You can fetch the woocommerce product in slider.
When you click in 'add woocommerce slide' button a popup will come where enter the description length of product and you can choose the category of woocommerce in 'select product' option.After that just check the required product and click the 'add product' button.All the checked product will redirected to builder page.
You can see the fetched data in bulider page where title , description, price,sale price, and images are fetched and then you checked the checkbox to show add to cart and view product button respectively.
If we choose woocommerce single slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general setting metabox, then there will be slider settings,pager settings,navigation arrow settings which are described above.
It also include woocommerce single slide settings where we can set the title,decription font size and color and button color.
If we choose woocommerce carousel slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general setting metabox, then there will be slider settings,navigation arrow settings, carousel settings which are described above.It also include woocommerce carousel settings where we can select the template and set the title,decription font size and color and button color with respective template.
Instagram Slider - top
If you choose the instagram slider in 'Choose the slider type' then 'Add Instagram Images' metabox will be seen in right side at bottom below of WP1S Usage metabox.There you have to enter the username of instagram, number of photos and access token.Before generating access token you have to save the username.You can get access token from 'Get Access Token' link.After you get the access token just copy and paste the access token in access token box.Now you can click the 'fetch image' button to fetch the images from instagram.If you have fetch the instagram images already and just want to fetch latest images then you can check the 'Fetch latest images'.
Then your images of instagram will be redirected to 'slides' metabox where the description,image,date,count of comment and likes of post are fetched.
If you have choose single slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general settings metabox then you will see the slider settings,pager settings,navigation arrow settings, and Social Media ( Instagram & Facebook ) Single Slide Settings section.The first three settings are described above. In the social media ( Instagram & Facebook ) single slide settings section we can set the font size,color,background color for instagram slider.
If you have choose instagram carousel slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general settings metabox then you will see navigation arrow settings,carousel settings and Social Media ( Instagram & Facebook ) Carousel Slide Settings section.The first two settings are described already.In the Social Media ( Instagram & Facebook ) Carousel Slide Settings sections we can select social media carousel type and set the desirable settings according to template.
Facebook Slider - top
If you choose the facebook slider in 'Choose the slider type' then 'Add Facebook Images' metabox will be seen in right side at bottom below of WP1S Usage metabox.There you have to enter the facebook page album id,facebook page id, number of photos and access token.You can get access token from 'Get Access Token' link.After you get the access token just copy and paste the access token in access token box.Now you can click the 'fetch image' button to fetch the images from facebook.
Then your images of facebook will be redirected to 'slides' metabox where the description,image,date,count of comment and likes of post are fetched.
If you have choose single slide style in 'Choose slider style' in general settings metabox then you will see the slider settings,pager settings,navigation arrow settings, and Social Media ( Instagram & Facebook ) Single Slide Settings section.The first three settings are described above. Slider Options Metabox - top
In slider options metabox you can enter the width,speed,pause duration of each images,auto,transitions,controls,responsive for slider configurations option.
WP1S Usage - top
In WP1S Usage metabox you can get the shortcode for page and theme which you can copy & paste the shortcode directly into any WordPress post or page or theme.
