What is Woo Photo Review?

Woo Photo Review offer you a better review system. The review now will include product image. With photos, the product reviews on your site will be more reliable. By that, the plugin will increase your sale and traffic.

 

Installation

System Requires:

System minimum requirements:

  • WordPress 4.2.x or higher (Recommeneded WordPress 4.5+)max_execution_time 60
  • memory_limit 125M
  • post_max_size 64M
  • upload_max_filesize 64M

Install Plugin:

Go to Plugin/Add New/Upload Plugin/Choose file/select plugin file zip woocommerce-photo-review.zip/Install Now/Active Plugin

 

How to use

After installing and activating the plugin, go to Dashboard/ Photo Reviews to set up the plugin.

Go to General tab to turn the plugin on. You also can enable/disable the plugin on mobile devices.

Visit Review tab to configure reviews settings.

In 2 tabs Coupon and Follow-up email, you can configure emails send to customers to ask for reviews and coupon sent to them once their reviews are approved.

When you mark an order is completed, an email will be sent to the customer to ask them to post a review with the product images.

When they post their review and you approved it, a coupon will be sent to their email.

How does it works

Go to Dashboard/ Photo Reviews to configure the plugin settings.

In General tab

  • Enable: Enable/Disable the plugin
  • Mobile: Enable/Disable photo reviews on mobile devices

 

In Review tab

  1. Allow customers to post photos along with their reviews.
  2. Max photo size, you can not post images that bigger than this size
  3. Max quantity of photo that can be posted with a review
  4. If this option is enabled, all the review must include photos to be posted.
  5. Select a front-end layout
  6. Design the review front-end with these options.

In Coupon tab

  1. Enable this option to send a coupon to customers when their reviews are approved
  2. Only send coupon for reviews which include photo
  3. Only send coupon for review with rating about this number
  4. Only send coupon to verified customers
  5. Enter your review form title, this will be displayed on front-end
  6. Select which products that review it will get coupon
  7. Design coupon emails
  8. Configure the coupons that will be sent to customers

In Follow-up email tab

  1. Enable this option to send a customer asking them to post a review once their order is completed.
  2. Select a time to send emails. Emails will be sent after this duration after orders are completed.
  3. Design the follow-up email
